JOB SUMMARY
As a Safety Manager at ProLift Rigging Co., you will be instrumental in upholding and enhancing our safety culture. This role demands a servant leader who can inspire and influence at all levels, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards and fostering a proactive safety mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Conduct comprehensive audits and reviews for compliance and continuous improvement.
· Offer strategic guidance on health and safety matters to all management levels.
· Oversee injury report analysis and conduct employee safety training.
· Maintain accurate records and manage workers’ compensation claims effectively.
· Produce and analyze safety reports for management use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum three years of leadership experience, preferably in the crane, rigging, or transportation industry.
· Strong legal and regulatory knowledge concerning health and safety
· Proven ability in training, influencing, and motivating team members.
· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.
· Strategic thinking & vision coupled with strong leadership and management background.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with employees at all levels of the organization.
· Proficiency with MS Office products.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to pass necessary screenings.
Education:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in an HSE-related field.
